With this privacy statement we provide you with information about how, to what extent and for what purposes we process your data when you visit our website, as well as the rights to which you are entitled in connection with this data processing. We process this data in compliance with statutory provisions, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

When you visit our website the browser on your terminal device automatically sends information to the server at our website. Mainly technical data like date and time of retrieval, the type and version of web browser or operating system used is recorded and stored in a so-called log file without any action on your part. Your IP address as well is registered when visiting our website and saved for a maximum of seven days for the purpose of detection of and defence against possible attacks.

We process the collected data for the following purposes: to ensure a smooth connection to the website, for convenient use of our website, to evaluate system security and stability, as well as for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for this data processing is provided by Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use collected data in order to draw conclusions about you personally.

The processing of data you provide us with via e-mail or telephone is carried out in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR when it comes to performing a contract to which you are a contracting party, or if required for pre-contractual measures, e.g. preparation of an offer made at your request.

3. Processing and disclosure of data

We process your personal data only if at least one of the following conditions is met: processing is permissible under the law and in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR required for processing contractual relationships with you; processing is required in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f of the GDPR and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data; and there is a statutory disclosure obligation in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. c of the GDPR.

Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties.

We do not use cookies on our website.

5. Use of analytical services

We do not use tracking via Google Analytics or any other analytical services on our website.

6. Social plug-ins

We do not use social plug-ins from social networks such as Facebook or others on our website.

7.Rights of data subjects

As the data subject you are entitled to the following rights:

a) right of access

You have the right to request information from us as to whether personal data relating to you will be processed.

b) rectification/erasure/restriction of processing

You also have the right to request that we correct any incorrect personal data concerning you without delay (right to rectification); that personal data concerning you is deleted without delay (right to erasure) and that processing is restricted (right to restrict processing).

c) right to data portability

You have the right to receive personal data concerning you, and which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit this data to another data controller.

d) right of revocation

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to revocation.

e) right to object

You have a right of objection if the processing of personal data concerning you is required for performance of a task that is in the public interest (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. e of the GDPR) or for protection of our legitimate interests (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f of the GDPR).

f) right to lodge a complaint

Without prejudice to any other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
